By 2030, the finished products markets for all textiles will have climbed to a total value of US$2.1trn from US$1.8trn in 2022.
That’s just one of the predictions made by Giuseppe Gherzi, managing partner of Zurich-based consultancy and engineering company Gherzi during his presentation at the 62nd Dornbirn Global Manmade Fibers (GFC) conference held in the Austrian town from 13-15 September.
