The Australian Wool Exchange (AWEX) was established in 1993 to deliver services that support and add value to the global demand for Australian wool. AWEX’s success is built on independence, integrity and transparency; ensuring AWEX standards and services have the confidence of all supply chain customers of Australian wool. The Australian wool industry, through AWEX, manages it's own affairs in a self-regulated environment. AWEX members represent all sectors of the Australian wool industry.
